2. Which data we collect

We only collect the data we need, depending on how you interact with us:

Please do not send us special categories of data (for example, health data) unless strictly necessary.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• Answering your requests — to reply to messages, quotations and information requests (pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest).
• Managing customers and orders — account management, order processing, delivery, invoicing and after-sales support (performance of a contract and legal obligations).
• Recruitment — assessing applications and contacting candidates (pre-contractual measures and, for keeping your CV for future opportunities, your consent).
• Commercial communications — news and offers related to our products, only where you have agreed or where you are an existing customer, and you can opt out at any time (consent or legitimate interest).
• Security and improvement of the website — preventing abuse and understanding how the website is used (legitimate interest or consent, for non-essential cookies).
• Legal compliance — accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

4. How long we keep your data

• Contact requests: for the time needed to handle your request and up to 2 years afterwards.
• Customer and invoicing data: for the duration of the business relationship and for the periods required by law (for example, 10 years for accounting documents).
• Job applications: up to 12 months after the end of the recruitment process, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
• Marketing communications: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business — such as hosting and IT providers, ordering and invoicing platforms, transport and logistics partners and professional advisers — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.
