1 – Does vendinGO sell or rent vending machines?
No. We do not sell or rent vending machines.
We are a supplier of products for the vending channel. We work with the operators who manage the machines and make sure they have the right product mix for each location.

2 – Is vendinGO a manufacturer or a distributor?
We are a specialised distributor for the vending channel. We select and supply products from more than 90 suppliers and develop our own and exclusive brands, created specifically for vending machines.
3 – How can I buy for my vending business?
Simply register as a customer through Login / Register at the top of the website. Once your account is approved you can browse the catalogue, check your prices and place orders online, 24/7.

4 – I am a consumer. Where can I find your products?
Our products are available in vending machines managed by our operator partners — in offices, schools, hospitals, transport hubs and many other locations. We do not sell directly to final consumers.

Our portfolio has more than 500 products, selected and sized for vending machines:

6 – Where are you located and where do you operate?
Our headquarters and warehouse — with more than 4,800 m² of storage — are in Oliveira do Bairro, Portugal. From there we supply vending operators in Portugal and in international markets.

7 – Do you offer customer support or consulting?
Yes. Besides products and logistics, our vending specialists help you get more out of every machine: product mix, new launches, pricing and rotation based on real sales data.
Just ask your account manager or contact us.
8 – Are there minimum order quantities?
Order conditions — such as minimum quantities, delivery days and payment terms — are defined when your customer account is set up, according to your location and needs. Our sales team will explain everything before your first order.
9 – I have a product for the vending channel. How can I become a supplier?
We are always looking for innovative products. Send a short presentation of your brand and products (formats, shelf life and prices) to info@vendin-go.com and our category team will get in touch.
